About the Role: Come aboard and take the next step in your career We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Seafreight Import Operator for our growing Sydney team. Reporting to the Operations Team Lead this role will focus on working with clients and external stakeholders to help facilitate the delivery of customer cargo.

Key Accountabilities
* Assist Cartage operators with day-to-day tasks.
* Register and monitor jobs and pre-alerts.
* Liaise with brokers and customers on trans-shipment details and cargo arrival.
* Collect and verify customs clearance documents.
* Invoices of disbursement charges and shipment invoices to customers.
* Submission of air/sea cargo reporting
* Processing airline, consolidator, and shipping lines invoices into our in house accounting systems.
Skills and Experience
* Previous operational experience in the Freight Forwarding industry considered a must.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Outgoing personality with the ability to create great relationships.
* Experience with Cargowise considered advantageous.
* Must have a positive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
