Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Griffith, NSW for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as phone communication, managing executive schedules, clerical duties, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Clerical Skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency with office software and equipment
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
* Previous experience in a legal or conveyancing firm is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are beneficial
