The Clinical Support Services at the Proserpine Hospital is seeking applications for a Senior Social Worker to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
The Senior Social Worker provides services to the Whitsunday Health Service (Proserpine and Cannonvale Campuses) and is responsible for delivering high-quality, core social work services commensurate with the level of clinical service at Proserpine Hospital, as well as providing social work services tailored to the community's needs.
Work within a multidisciplinary team, including hospital and community settings, to ensure optimal client care and integration of services into the broader community.
About The Team
The Whitsunday Health Service is made up of two facilities, The Community Health Campus – Cannonvale and the Hospital Campus – Proserpine. The hospital is a 35-bed acute hospital which offers a number of specialty inpatient and outpatient services. The Community Health Campus offers a range of community health services provided by a multi‑disciplinary team. The Whitsunday Heath Service covers the Whitsunday Regional Shire, Midge Point and Bloomsbury.
