Striker Crushing is looking for a skilled and dedicated Machinist/Welder to join our team at our Henderson, WA facility. What You'll Do:
* Operate manual machines (lathes and mills) to manufacture high-quality parts and components for crushing and screening equipment.
* Carry out welding and basic fabrication work as required.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality.
* Work closely with the engineering and assembly teams to meet production schedules.
* Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop.
What We're Looking For:
* Trade qualification as a Machinist or Fitter Machinist.
* Experience with manual lathes and mills.
* Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, or stick welding).
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Forklift ticket (preferred, but not essential).
