The Role
As a Recruitment Assistant, you'll support our team by:
* Sourcing and shortlisting candidates using online platforms and our database
* Calling and phone screening potential talent for our Sales Teams
* Welcoming & Hosting interviews
* Supporting recruitment projects and ad hoc admin tasks
What We're Looking For
* Confident on the phone with excellent communication skills
* Friendly, professional, and motivated to connect with people
* Organised, detail-oriented, and goal-focused
* Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not essential
* Positive Attitude with a strong work ethic
