We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team, providing mobile dietetics services to Residential Aged Care facilities. Your role will involve improving nutrition and hydration systems, conducting menu and mealtime reviews, and promoting continuous improvement in best practice methods.
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively with clients and their families, and maintaining accurate records of their progress. Strong initiative and independence are essential skills for this position, as you will work autonomously and represent our organization professionally.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, current registration with the DA, and willingness to travel. Additionally, they must be able to obtain necessary clearances and have Australian working rights.
