About the Role
As a Personal Care Assistant at Masters Lodge, you will play a vital role in delivering day-to-day care that helps residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
You will be part of a dedicated care team that values compassion, respect, and genuine connection.
What You Will Do
Provide personal care and daily living support
Assist with meals, hydration, and care routines
Accurately record observations and report to the nursing team
Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Build warm and meaningful connections with residents and families
What You Will Bring
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
Strong communication skills and a caring nature
Previous aged care experience highly regarded
