The Role
We are hiring a Senior Account Lead based in Australia to take ownership of client delivery, support business development activity, and contribute to the growth of the Australian business.
This role is central to how we operate. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, lead delivery across projects, and ensure that work is executed to a high standard.
You will work directly with the founder and broader team, with the expectation that you can operate independently and take responsibility for outcomes.
Over time, the role is expected to evolve as the Australian team grows.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership and Delivery
* Lead the delivery of medical communications projects from brief to completion
* Act as the primary day‐to‐day contact for clients
* Ensure outputs are scientifically accurate, strategically aligned, and compliant
* Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across projects
Scientific and Strategic Contribution
* Interpret and contextualise scientific data for different audiences
* Contribute to the development of materials where required
* Ensure alignment between client objectives and deliverables
Commercial Ownership
* Maintain financial oversight of projects, including estimates and reconciliations
* Monitor delivery against scope and identify risks early
* Support efficient use of team capacity
Business Development Support
* Contribute to proposals and pitches
* Identify opportunities within existing accounts

* Highly experienced in medical communications environment
* Strong experience managing projects and client relationships
* Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific information clearly
* Strong organisational and financial management capability
