About You:
* Minimum 2 years experience in restaurants and functions or industrial and bulk production
* Previous experience with A la carte style will be highly regarded
* Drivers License preferred
* The right to work within Australia
* Police Check or willing to obtain one
* HACCP standards, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
* Uniform: Traditional Chef jacket & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes
