What We Are Looking For
Manage vehicle stock flow from order to delivery
Submit manufacturer claims, bonuses and holdbacks
Monitor and report on manufacturer KPIs
Produce daily and weekly stock reports by status/location
Reconcile factory bonuses with incentive programs
maintain accessory code and pricing accuracy
Coordinate fleet delivers and paperwork
Assist with registrations and floor plan budgets
Liaise with Sales Managers on Vehicle allocation
About You
Must have a background in the Automotive Industry.
Proven experience in a stock control, inventory management, or logistics role.
Must be very accurate with Data Entry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Current valid Driver's Licence (manual a bonus).
Able to work occasional Saturdays as required.
Able to pass a police check.
What We Offer
A competitive salary package of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum.
