* Manage and coordinate service and maintenance activities across multiple commercial locations
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing repairs and breakdowns promptly and efficiently
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
* Completion of Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent qualification
* Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
