Strategic Partnership Manager - Brand Experience

About the role:
In this strategic partnership manager position, you will contribute to strengthening and differentiating brands through innovative external partnerships and engagement strategies that support commercial outcomes:
- Delivering reach and exposure in priority markets, brand consideration, appeal and competitor differentiation.
- Attracting and deepening relationships through integrated brand engagement and experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing to commercial success through strong brand alignment to sponsorship portfolios.
- Supporting the optimal leverage of sponsorship portfolios through operational excellence in innovation, planning, delivery and measurement.
- Managing day-to-day operations of sponsorships and third-party partners, agencies and suppliers to deliver sponsorship programs.
- Leading on ticketing and hospitality program delivery across a wide stakeholder group.
- Driving strong working relationships with marketing peers, internal stakeholders and partners.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of brand and customer needs, behaviours, interests for priority segments, connecting with customers where they are most engaged and passionate.
- Implementing contractual benefits for all key sponsorship assets.
- Planning, briefing, developing and executing sponsorship leverage campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Influencing marketing stakeholders to deliver market-leading sponsorship and leverage programs and experiences in alignment with brand propositions and campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Marketing degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, sponsorship and customer engagement strategies.
- Background in sponsorship portfolio management.
- Extensive experience in building and deploying sponsorship, communications and media activation strategies.
- Managing brand activations and ticketing programs expertise.
