We are currently looking to fill a large volume of non-ongoing Recruitment Support Officers across APS 4 / APS 5 and APS 6. You will be working within our Federal Government clients Recruitment and Attraction Team

**Our Federal Government Client is engaging in a large volume of APS 4/APS 5 and APS 6 Recruitment Support Officers within their Recruitment and Attraction Team.**

**Overview;**

We are currently looking to fill a large volume of non-ongoing Recruitment Support Officers across APS 4 / APS 5 and APS 6. You will be working within our Federal Government clients Recruitment and Attraction Team to undertake the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Advertising positions using eRecruit, APSJobs and Universal McCann
- Provide support and recruitment advice to business areas.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships.
- Group mailbox management.
- Scheduling and facilitation of interviews and assessment centres.
- Request referee checks in support of recruitment activities.
- Respond to merit pool requests.
- Accurate data entry and high attention to detail.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

**You will need**:

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to hold and maintain Baseline Security Clearance
- Previous government experience is highly regarded.
- eRecruit system experience is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of merit selection principals is also highly desirable
