Job Title: Senior Care Leader
Are you a seasoned professional in care leadership with a strong track record of driving service turnaround and securing excellent CQC ratings? We're seeking an experienced Senior Care Leader to join our rehabilitation service in Ipswich, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries from trauma, illness, or substance misuse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a focused strategic plan aimed at achieving an outstanding CQC rating
* Stabilise and motivate the team, addressing performance and cultural challenges
* Embed training and development aligned with best practice in neurorehabilitation (e.g., PBS, clinical frameworks)
* Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning
* Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding policies, and sector-specific regulations

Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification in the health or social care sector)
* Strong background in CQC, turnaround, and service improvement roles
* Demonstrable success in achieving and sustaining excellent CQC outcomes
* Valid UK driving license
* Clinical qualification is desirable but not essential
