The Central Coast of New South Wales is home to a world-class hotel seeking a skilled Assistant Night Auditor. This individual will be part of the Front Office team, supporting the development of IHG's best talent.

Our hotels operate 24/7. We need an Assistant Night Auditor to provide customer service support, manage finances, and perform essential reporting tasks during overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am.
A taste of your daily responsibilities:
* Process payments for room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques in accordance with established procedures
* Check guests in, out, and manage wake-up call requests
* Answer phones and handle overnight guest queries
* Run night audit property management systems or manual equivalents
* Be our guests' trusted contact for assistance with issues and recommendations
What we require from you:
1. Strong mathematics skills for accurate auditing and payment processing
2. Cash handling experience for counting and securing bank and processing cash payments
3. Computer literacy, including familiarity with PMS software
4. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills for effective interactions with guests and housekeeping staff
5. Ability to work overnight shifts from 11pm to 7am over a 7-day rotating roster
6. You must have the legal right to work in Australia
