Mercy Community Aged Care Services, are looking for compassionate Assistants in Nursing on a casual basis to join us at Loreto, our warm and welcoming 36 -bed facility in Townsville .

About the Role
Guided by our Clinical Nurse Consultant and Registered Nurses, you'll play an essential role in delivering person-centred care that makes a real difference in our residents' daily lives.
Your responsibilities will include
* Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
* Helping with safe transfers using hoists or slide sheets
* Maintaining comfort and cleanliness in resident rooms
* Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any changes
About You
* Certificate III in Individual Support – Aged Care (or equivalent)
* A warm, caring and compassionate nature
* A strong team player with a commitment to quality care
