Responsibilities
Prepare and execute menu items to a consistently high standard
Manage your section with confidence during service
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal menu changes
Qualifications & Experience
Related qualification or at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
A calm, professional attitude with strong communication skills
Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal produce
Ability to work independently and within a team
Punctual, well-presented, and dependable
