The Opportunity :
In this role, you will be dealing with high value B2B accounts, optimising cash flow and minimizing bad debt. Prior experience in a high-level collections role is essential
* Collecting on invoices minimum 7 days overdue
* Completing credit checks
* Speaking with liquidators or companies going through de-registration
* Skip tracing and financial report writing
* Processing direct debits
* Making referrals for legal action
This is a credit collections role with a combination of inbound and outbound calls as well as emails. Please note these are highly complex calls and not a high volume role.

About you :
* Collections experience is essential
* Intermediate Excel experience
* Ability to use multiple systems and screens
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
