About the Role
The Department's Switchboard operates 24/7, with shifts: Day (7am-3pm), Afternoon (3pm-11pm) and Night (11pm-7am). Successful applicants should be available for short-notice call-ins across all shifts. They will provide exceptional customer service as first point of contact, undertaking administrative functions and processing emergency admissions.
