The Opportunity We are seeking experienced Room Leaders to join our Nursery and Toddler rooms. Working closely with the Centre Manager and Educational Leader, you will lead your room with confidence, mentor your team and deliver hig quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of your room Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning programs Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues Mentor and support educators to grow their practice Ensure compliance with regulations, NQS and Aspire policies Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture Why Join Aspire?
