About You
You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a passion for leading and supporting care teams in a residential aged care setting. Ideally, you bring at least three years of experience, with aged care or community services experience highly regarded. You provide clear direction and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners, ensuring residents' care needs are met in accordance with clinical requirements and individual care plans.
