Experienced Mill Operator | Up to $46.55/hr | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

About the Role
Working within a grain and feed manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for supporting daily production activities, operating machinery, handling raw materials, and assisting with warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be safety-focused, physically fit, and comfortable working in a dusty environment. This is a hands‐on role combining production operations, warehousing duties, and forklift work, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy variety and working within a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.
About You & Responsibilities
* Operate production equipment including bagging lines, mixers, and associated machinery
* Support warehouse operations including stock movement and material handling
* Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
* Perform manual handling tasks of up to 20kg on a semi‐regular basis
* Follow production schedules and maintain quality standards
* Work safely within a dusty manufacturing environment, including wearing respiratory protection where required
* Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and housekeeping standards
* Hold a current Forklift Licence with counterbalance experience
* Previous experience in grain handling, feed milling, agriculture, or manufacturing environments highly regarded
* Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets are advantageous but not essential
* Reliable, safety‐focused, and willing to learn site processes

Shifts
Day shift: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm – $35.81/hr
Afternoon shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm – $41.18/hr
Rotating roster: 1 week day shift, 1 week afternoon shift, 1 week night shift
