Casual Administration Officer role at NSW Health – Inverell Community Health. This is a casual position with remuneration of $32.30 - $33.37 per hour plus Superannuation. Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 2. Location: Inverell Community Health. Closing Date: Monday, 6 October 2025.
Responsibilities
Inverell Community Health is seeking an Administration Officer to support nursing and Allied Health teams. You will provide accurate and timely administrative support to clinical teams and act as the first point of contact for clients, families, and visitors. Responsibilities include managing phone calls and email enquiries, scheduling appointments, taking minutes, coordinating supplies, and helping ensure the smooth running of daily operations in collaboration with clinical staff and the broader team.
You Will Be
- Confident and courteous in your communication with clients, families, visitors, and staff
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, word processing, and other computer systems
- A supportive team player who enjoys working collaboratively to achieve great outcomes
- Eager to learn and grow, with training provided online and support from the Administration team and your manager
