Job Description:
A new opportunity has arisen for a diligent and experienced Educator and Facilitator to support our Residential Aged Care home as Workplace Educator.
* You will have the opportunity to identify and manage education, training, and compliance needs
* Facilitate training across all areas of home operations including clinical, hospitality, laundry, cleaning
* SUPPORT HOME COMPLIANCE AND DEVELOP COLLEAGUES TO ENHANCE KNOWLEDGE SKILLS PERFORMANCE OF RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE TEAMS
