We are seeking a qualified Trainer/Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our training staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational training programs tailored to the needs of our clients.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions
o Provide one-on-one and group training support, both in person and online
o Evaluate trainee progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
o Stay current with industry trends and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into your training approaches
