Your Role
As a Foreman, you'll play a key role in delivering an $11M intersection upgrade project, working within TMR specifications and standards. You will lead crews and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes across civil infrastructure works.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
* Managing site teams and subcontractors to meet program milestones and staging requirements
* Ensuring compliance with TMR specifications, construction plans, and project requirements
* Coordinating works in live traffic environments and maintaining safe traffic management practices
* Driving a positive, solutions-focused team culture on site
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
About You
* Proven experience as a Foreman on civil infrastructure or TMR projects
* Strong background in roadworks, bulk earthworks, drainage, and pavements
* Experience working within TMR specifications and standards (highly regarded)
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to program and budget
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
* Current Driver Licence
* Plant tickets and machinery experience highly regarded
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
