About the role As a trusted advisor, you will provide high-level strategic and operational HR support across multiple service areas. You will partner with leaders to manage workforce planning, industrial relations, performance management, change initiatives and complex people matters. You will: Provide expert advice on workforce strategy, industrial instruments and HR policy Lead and manage complex employee relations and performance matters Support organisational change and workforce redesign initiatives Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment strategies and talent management Analyse workforce data and provide strategic insights to inform decision-making Coach and develop leaders to strengthen capability and confidence This role requires influence, sound judgement, and the ability to navigate complexity while maintaining strong professional relationships. What we’re looking for You are a confident and credible HR practitioner who brings: Extensive experience in HR advisory or business partnering roles Strong knowledge of industrial relations frameworks and public sector employment conditions Demonstrated experience managing complex casework and change processes Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills Analytical capability with the ability to interpret workforce metrics Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or related discipline (desirable) Most importantly, you are solutions-focused, resilient, and passionate about building high-performing teams in healthcare.
