ABOUT THE ROLE
Coordinate, optimise and maintain the WIOT & GOTAFE fleet by managing servicing, bookings, compliance and allocation across multiple campuses.
You'll oversee servicing, repairs, cleaning, booking systems, key access and allocation. Working with contractors, staff and service providers, you'll ensure our fleet remains safe, compliant, cost-effective and ready to support teaching, transport and operational needs.
Selected Duties:
* Coordinate servicing, repairs and cleaning to maintain fleet safety and quality.
* Manage vehicle bookings, key allocation and day-to-day fleet operations.
* Monitor utilisation data to improve efficiency and performance.
* Ensure compliance with WHS, policy, legislative and roadworthiness standards.
* Liaise with staff, contractors and suppliers to resolve issues and streamline processes.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience

* Relevant degree or significant experience in fleet, logistics or transport coordination.
* Demonstrated experience scheduling or coordinating multi‑site vehicle fleets.
* Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fleet/booking management systems.
* Current Driver's Licence and Light Rigid (LR) Licence
