Responsibilities
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical General Foreman, with a solid understanding of industrial electrical systems.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a single industrial site.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Willingness and capability to perform hands-on electrical work as needed.
* Experience in mentoring and guiding Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices to support workforce development.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints; able to assist in project planning and ordering material.
* Familiarity and working experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
Compensation
Hourly: $41.34 to $47.11 overtime opportunites available (Based on experience)
