Overview
As a Manager in our Performance Strategy Consulting team, you will work in teams to solve complex problems, drive meaningful change, and help industries and organisations overcome their biggest challenges. You will influence decisions at the highest levels, improve frontline performance, and apply a culture of testing, learning, and adapting.
Responsibilities
* Lead engagement delivery, ensuring end-to-end process control.
* Manage a team of Senior Associates, Associates and Business Analysts, coaching and guiding them to deliver results.
* Drive client collaboration, coaching, and management of client expectations.
* Influence senior management through data‐driven insights and compelling arguments.
* Support continuous improvement across engagements, driving measurable outcomes.
Background and Experience
* Outstanding academic results.
* University degree or equivalent experience with strong quantitative skills (Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Science).
* MBA is an advantage; double or postgraduate degrees are highly regarded.
* Demonstrated passion for results, achieving tough targets under pressure.
* Excellent problem‐solving skills, ability to structure and prioritise effort and identify root causes.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, able to coach, influence and build trust with senior managers.
* Strong communication skills, constructing compelling arguments supported by relevant facts.
* Proficiency in multitasking, managing expectations and deadlines.
