This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of B2B clients within the Victorian food manufacturing sector. You will identify and convert new sales opportunities in the dairy ingredients space, work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored ingredient solutions, and support select national accounts and contribute to interstate growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience in dairy ingredients, including bulk butter, cream, cheese, and whey/protein powders.
* A deep understanding of the food manufacturing supply chain.
* An understanding of the wider dairy market.
* A proven ability to build strong relationships and close high-value deals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven approach.
* A valid driver's licence and ability to travel across VIC, with occasional interstate travel.
