Job Title: Retail Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our retail operations in the Geelong region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of multiple stores, leading your teams to deliver exceptional service, drive sales performance, and maintain high operational standards.
* Oversee daily operations of 2–3 retail locations in the Geelong region
* Lead, coach, and develop retail teams to deliver best in class customer service
* Drive sales performance and encourage upselling as part of our culture
* Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards
* Promote additional services including repairs, maintenance, and mobile vans
* Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and brand expectations

Key Responsibilities:
