Role overview
We are looking for a Delivery Manager responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of client projects from post-sales handover through ongoing delivery. Your role is to make sure engagements run efficiently, teams are properly allocated, risks are proactively managed, and projects remain both successful for the client and profitable for the company.
As we enter our next phase of growth and significantly expand our client portfolio, we are looking for experienced Delivery Manager who will not only ensure excellent operational delivery for our clients but also help us design and build the processes, frameworks, and roles around delivery. The goal is to create a scalable delivery organization capable of serving enterprise clients at the highest possible level.
Your Responsibilities:
* Post-sales handover & project setup.
* Overseeing project execution - monitoring project risks, coordinating resource allocation to keep delivery on track while maintaining profitability.
* Monitoring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
* Spotting growth & upsell opportunities.
* Tracking contract timelines and ensuring timely contract renewals.
Our Requirements:
* Experience in software delivery, account management, client success, or project/engagement management in a tech environment.
* Strong understanding of software development processes.
* Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
