Your New Role: As Store Manager, you’ll take the lead at their brand new location on the Mentone; this store is expected to be a high volume location with a team of upto 20 and a loyal customer base. You’ll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, managing all day-to-day operations and ensuring strong commercial performance. This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll set the tone, lead by example and help your team thrive. What You Will Look After: Leading the daily operations of a high volume, high turnover store with a broad and fast moving product range. Creating a positive and supportive team culture where people enjoy their work and feel part of something meaningful. Driving store performance through coaching, sales leadership and strong customer engagement. Managing stock flow, visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain high standards. Ensuring safety, compliance and operational processes are followed every day. Developing your team through regular feedback, training and clear expectations. The Experience Checklist: Previous experience managing a high volume or large format retail store. Be confident leading a team of upto 20 employees in a fast-paced setting. Have strong operational skills, including stock control, rostering, business acumen and compliance. Understand how to read and act on sales reports and KPIs.
