Only About Children (OAC) operates over 80 campuses across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, providing high‐quality early years education and care to over 8000 families. Our curriculum is child‐led, play‐based, and embedded throughout our programs—active, drama, language, music, and sustainability.
Position
We are looking for full‐time Diploma‐qualified Early Childhood Educators with at least two years of full‐time experience in an early childhood setting. The role is based at our Sydney campuses and offers an annual salary of $68,865–$80,000 plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
* Provide education and care to the highest standard, supporting acquisition of life and learning skills.
* Build trusting, warm, and responsive relationships with each child.
* Maintain a nurturing and loving environment for the children at the campus.
* Comply with national regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), and the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Contribute to Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) documentation and maintenance.
* Deliver and maintain routines and programs for the room, including small groups.
* Implement the Grow curriculum within the campus.
* Document children's learning through the OAC Connect app and mentor other team members.
* Create and set up engaging learning environments aligned with OAC Grow.
* Collaborate with colleagues and support developmental outcomes and school readiness in consultation with the Campus Director.

Skills & Experience
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organisation (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification).
* Minimum of two years full‐time relevant work experience.
* Passion for early childhood education and development.
* Creative, supportive, and cooperative team player.
* Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
* Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
