About the Role
Reporting directly to thePayroll Manager, you'll support afortnightly payroll of approximately 250 employeesin a24/7 manufacturing environment. The role is hands‐on and suited to someone confident managing complex manual payrolls.
Key responsibilities include:
* End‐to‐end payroll processing
* Manual payroll calculations including shifts, penalties, overtime and back pays
* Managing high‐volume timesheet exceptions
* Interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements
* Payroll reporting, reconciliations and compliance support
* Building strong relationships with line managers
About you
* Proven payroll experience within manufacturing is highly desirable
* Confident supporting varied shift patterns and/or 24/7 operations
* Strong manual payroll calculation capabilityIntermediate Excel skills (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
* Confident communicator who enjoys partnering with the business
* UKG Workforce Ready experience highly desirable
