A unique opportunity to become a certified business/entrepreneurship teacher and coach at the international business school for kids, ideal for someone who loves working with school-aged children, and has some business experience. Further professional growth opportunity to become a local branch School Director and business co-owner.
We are looking for the right person in
Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney
to start in January 2026. In the role, you are expected to work fixed hours on Saturdays (excluding public holidays), and flexible hours on most other days. Sundays and Mondays are days off.
At MINIBOSS Business School we teach kids how to identify business opportunities, come up with creative solutions, and start their own businesses. We support them throughout the entire process, from idea generation to launch and sales. Your greatest contribution will be planting ideas in their minds, and motivating and guiding our students on their entrepreneurial journey until they see their ideas become reality.
Your role is to:
* Deliver lessons on weekends as per MINIBOSS's course plan and methodology, adapting to students' age groups;
* Facilitate business coaching sessions to help students plan and launch their businesses, as per MINIBOSS's plan and methodology;
* Find suitable business mentors for students and organise masterclasses and events;
* Develop individual learning plans and communicate with parents about their children's achievements and challenges;
* Maintain a social media presence for the school and your personal profile.
You are the right person if you:
* Have worked with school-aged children (especially 7-12 year-olds) for at least 1 year;
* Are a people person who radiates energy and enthusiasm, and is loved by kids;
* Have started and run at least one of your own businesses, and can relate to students' challenges and help them navigate this environment;
* Have an open mind and love learning new skills;
* Have a "can do" attitude and are motivated by achieving goals and delivering results;
* Are a proactive self-starter and a reliable team member;
* Enjoy working in small teams;
* Have permission to work with children, or can pass the requirements to obtain it;
* Can demonstrate your suitability for the role during the 3-month probation period;
* Are looking for long-term employment (at least 3 years or longer).

* teach you everything you need to know about business and startups to support our young entrepreneurs;
* pay for your international and interstate trips to attend major school events.
