Who we're looking for?
* Minimum two years' experience in commercial, industrial or retail property management.
* A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred (e.g., Bachelor of Business – Property).
* A valid and current Agents Representative Certificate/Certificate of Registration (essential).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with property management systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Solid financial and analytical capability, including budgeting, reporting and arrears management.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
The role
Our Asset Management Services (AMS) team is recognised as a leader in delivering high quality property management services to Australia's most respected institutional and corporate clients.
As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Senior Property Managers while managing your own allocated portfolio. Your success will depend on your ability to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold compliance standards, manage financial performance, and build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end to end property management services across your allocated portfolio, including lease compliance, tenant management, arrears, rent reviews and maintaining accurate AMS system records.
* Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance and risk requirements, working closely with Facilities Managers to ensure safety, compliance and timely resolution of issues.
* Prepare reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Manage financial performance of the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, outgoings reconciliations, invoice processing, work orders, variance commentary and arrears recovery.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with tenants, clients, contractors and internal teams, focusing on customer service, and tenant retention.
