William Adams Cat Rental StoreTM operation began business in Victoria and Tasmania in 2000. We rent Caterpillar products to the construction, mining, quarrying, agricultural, and marine markets. We have developed our successful business on the back of quality equipment, convenient locations and a solution based capability second to none.
We are now on the search for a highly motivated and customer focused Service Coordinator to join our **Laverton** team on a full time, permanent basis.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
You will be joining our dedicated Rental Customer Service team, and together you will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end process of equipment and machine rentals. You will proactively support our long-standing, new and returning customers.
**What a typical day will look like**:
- Customer Service - growing relationships with an ever-expanding customer base, both in person and over the phone
- Directly liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
- Identifying and meeting customer equipment requirements
- Coordinating equipment standards and logistics
- Managing rental agreements
- Managing machine preparation, delivery, and transport
- Creating a positive, value-added experience that will differentiate us from our competitors
**ABOUT YOU**
You will bring your enthusiasm and energy, along with your previous experience in a coordination role. Previous exposure to the Construction, Heavy Machinery, or Mining industries would be an advantage but not essential.
**To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and attributes**:
- A true passion for customer service excellence and a desire to be the 'Customer Needs'
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven administration and coordination experience
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
