THE ROLE
* Lead commissioning of Fuel Infrastructure projects. Manage resources, schedules, commercials, safety, and client relationships.
* Experience in commissioning of fuel projects.
* Manage all aspects of the project including contract management, estimating, programming of work, and defect rectification.
* Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors.
* Manage project start-up, maintain project schedule, and ensure effective handover, including holding regular project management meetings.
* Report on project success, results, progress, and deployment of activity.
* Maintain the project site, premises, plant & equipment.
* Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.
* Work closely with the commercial team and take ownership of all commercial aspects of the project.
* Manage and analyse project expenditure and duration.
* Engage with clients and internal subject matter experts at pre-contract stage to understand scope, and contribute to tender process.
About You
Along with extensive project management and delivery skills, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience delivering fuel projects and overseeing commissioning works.
* Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities including reliability.
* A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety.
* Commercial acumen.
* Programming and planning skills.
* Experience in a similar role within a contractor environment.
* Driver's License.
