Clinical Lead Nurse - Aboriginal Health
Overview of the role:
In this key leadership position, you will oversee a dedicated Aboriginal Health team in Narrogin and Northam. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care outcomes and upholding the standards of nursing and midwifery.
The team leader will provide guidance, supervision, and support to ensure appropriate client and program outcomes.

Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a healthcare team, preferably in an Aboriginal health setting.
* Strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and its application in healthcare.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and community members.
* Ability to think critically and solve complex problems, often under pressure.
* Current C or C-A Class drivers license.
