Lead Compliance Officer
We're partnering with a fast-growing investment and property development group that is actively delivering residential communities and large-scale development projects across Australia.
This is not a static compliance role. The business has a strong and expanding development pipeline, with new projects and investment structures underway, and a clear focus on building robust governance to support continued growth.
As a result, they are seeking a hands‑on Compliance Officer ready to step into a broader, more influential role within the organisation.
Working closely with an experienced Head of Legal, you'll be involved in the compliance and regulatory aspects of real, tangible projects — from managed investment schemes through to residential land and community developments. The role offers genuine variety, exposure and responsibility, rather than layers of hierarchy.
The "Lead" title reflects the opportunity to take ownership of day‑to‑day compliance activities, help shape processes as the business grows, and support the development of junior team members over time.

* Has 2–4+ years' experience in compliance, risk or regulatory roles

* $80–100k + super
