Senior Occupational Therapist
, where your clinical expertise and dedication will support clients' goals. You'll also play a key role in mentoring therapists and university students, while contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, including mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications, or a diverse generalist mix, through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, with options to work from home and join the team in the Gold Coast office.
Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
Play an active role in senior team meetings and initiatives that encourage growth and team development.
Provide clinical supervision to occupational therapists and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent.
Participate in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
You hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
You have current AHPRA registration (or pending).
You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in community, private, or acute settings.
You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
You have or are willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.
