Screen Festival Operations Executive
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational and logistical delivery of a festival featuring multiple screenings and events across various venues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing logistical elements to ensure a seamless experience for attendees, talent, and distributors.
* Coordinating procurement, venue hire, technical production, and staffing logistics.
* Acting as a primary contact for external partners, ensuring smooth delivery of screenings and events, managing schedules, approvals, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Building relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
We are seeking an experienced operations professional with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience in event operations, preferably in film festivals or live entertainment.
