Overview
Drive a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials Australia. Agi Drivers are the face of our business, providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You'll make multiple deliveries throughout the day and interact with a variety of people. Every day is different.
Responsibilities
Operate a concrete agitator truck and ensure safe, on-time deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service on each delivery, interacting with a range of clients.
Utilize cutting-edge technology to map routes, track loads, and stay safe on the job.
Complete a 10-day training program with experienced driver trainers before driving solo.
About You
Licence: Minimum HR licence (essential) with previous HR driving experience preferred.
White Card: Current valid Construction White Card or willingness to obtain one before starting.
People Skills: Enjoy meeting people and communicating on site.
Variety: You prefer variety in your work; no two days are the same driving an Agi truck.
Pride in Your Ride: Take pride in the truck's appearance; you are a mobile representation of the company.
Medical Check: Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing conducted).
Safety: May need to meet weight restrictions on certain trucks and use seatbelts accordingly.
What We Offer
Base hourly rate of $33.70 plus penalties, allowances & super, paid weekly.
Company uniforms and PPE supplied.
Monthly RDO accrual with flexible usage options.
Minimum 10-day Agi Driver training program and buddy support.
