Support Worker Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist participants in developing their daily living skills, including personal care and domestic responsibilities.

* Engage in community activities, such as attending appointments, shopping, or other social events, promoting independence and well-being.
* Administer medication accurately, recording details as required, ensuring the highest level of care.
Requirements:
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, covering various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* A genuine passion for assisting others, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client-centered support.
* Hold or be willing to obtain relevant qualifications and certifications, including First Aid, CPR, and NDIS compliance.
