About the Role:
As the Preschool Lead Educator, you'll work alongside the Centre Director and Educational Leader to design and deliver high-quality, culturally responsive learning experiences for children. You will:
* Design and implement an intentional, inquiry-based curriculum that values children's voice, agency, and curiosity.
* Collaborate with a passionate team of educators to embed reflective practice, project-based learning, and documentation of children's thinking and ideas.
* Build strong partnerships with families, recognising them as co-constructors of learning.
* Mentor and inspire your team, fostering professional growth and pedagogical excellence.
* Ensure the learning environment reflects beauty, respect, and creativity, aligning with the Reggio Emilia philosophy and EYLF v2.0 principles and uphold a high standard of cleanliness.
* Implement and support the practice of children's inclusion plans, through ensuring the environment and program is unique and reflects each child's needs.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
* An Early Childhood Qualification recognized at a Children's Services Employee Level 4 or higher.
* Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
* Substantial professional experience and strong administrative skills, with a knack for time management.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and positively with children and adults.
* Proven leadership skills and high self-motivation.
