An exciting role has become available for a SEM Specialist to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.
Key Responsibilities
* Reporting into the Digital Marketing & Affiliates Manager, the ideal Senior SEM Specialist will assist in implementing, monitoring and managing industry-leading performance media strategies, with a focus on paid search.
Day to Day
* Smart bidding strategy optimisation (tCPA, tROAS, value-based bidding)
* Manage allocated budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize performance
* Daily monitoring of spend, ROAS, CPA, CVR and revenue contribution across our Google ecosystem
* Feed optimisation for Shopping and Performance Max
* Campaign structuring aligned to product categories and regional priorities
* Identifying diminishing returns and marginal ROAS thresholds
* Forecast traffic, spend and revenue by region
* Write high-converting, brand-aligned copy for Google Ads campaigns.
* Regular reporting on keyword and campaign performance
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience managing search strategies (preferred in Google platforms for both search & shopping)
* Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
