**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle data entries into the sales system
- Enter service jobs into the CRM system
- Provide service and sales administration support
- Answer phones and set appointments
- Offer basic service troubleshooting support as you get experienced
- Liaise with Accounts and provide support for receiving payments etc.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties assigned by management, such as filing
**Requirements**:
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment, preferably within sales administration in the manufacturing or construction industry
- Knowledge or experience in the pool heating industry is a plus!
- Strong time management skills and the ability to schedule meetings effectively
- Attentive to details, with a focus on accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and thrive under pressure
- A team player with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset
