 
        
        **The Role**: 
**Responsibilities**: 
Handle data entries into the sales system 
Enter service jobs into the CRM system 
Provide service and sales administration support 
Answer phones and set appointments 
Offer basic service troubleshooting support as you get experienced 
Liaise with Accounts and provide support for receiving payments etc. 
Handle other ad-hoc duties assigned by management, such as filing
**Requirements**: 
Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced work environment, preferably within sales administration in the manufacturing or construction industry 
Knowledge or experience in the pool heating industry is a plus! 
Strong time management skills and the ability to schedule meetings effectively 
Attentive to details, with a focus on accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and thrive under pressure 
A team player with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset
