As Executive Officer, you will:
· Lead strategic planning and deliver on our mission and goals.
· Manage and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a positive, high-performing and collaborative culture.
· Oversee operations, financial management, facilities, and key partnerships.
· Represent the organisation with professionalism and purpose to stakeholders and the wider community.
About You
You will bring:
· Proven leadership and management experience, ideally within the not-for-profit, education, or community sectors.
· Strong governance, board administration and stakeholder engagement skills
· Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making and problem-solving ability.
· Sound financial acumen and operational management experience.
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex situations.
· A genuine passion for the mission and values of Gippsland East LLEN.
